SMS Terms

Types of Messages

When you opt-in to our SMS program, you may receive the following types of messages:

• Booking Confirmations: Confirmation of your session registration
• Session Reminders: Reminders sent 24 hours and 2 hours before your scheduled session
• Schedule Changes: Notifications if your session time, date, or location changes
• Payment Receipts: Confirmation of payments received
• Instructor Communications: Messages from your instructor regarding session preparation
• Cancellation Notices: Notification if a session is cancelled

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your bookings. Typically, you will receive approximately 3-5 messages per booking (confirmation, reminders, and any updates). You will only receive messages related to sessions you have booked.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. InstructPoint does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for each text message you receive. Please check with your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any message you receive
• Contacting us at support@instructpoint.com
• Calling us at (615) 645-3118

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS messages from InstructPoint unless you opt back in by texting START or by booking a new class and providing consent.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We will not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number or any personal information to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

• The instructor you have booked a class with (for class-related communications only)
• Service providers who assist in delivering our SMS service (under strict confidentiality agreements)

Consent
